Cow Milk vs. Nut Milk

Cow Milk vs. Nut Milk

And that numbers is in pounds…

We are all about food choice. We are all about letting you choose what kind of ‘milk’ that you would like to drink, but I do think its good for you to know what you are nutritionally gaining when you choose to drink milk over other ‘milk’ alternatives:

1. Cow milk beats the charts of other milks in the protein department-8 g, whereas Almond for example, has 1g.

2. No added sugar, just 12g of natural. Almond has 15g added + 15 natural.

3. Highs in micronutrients like: Ca, Vitamin A, Phosphorus, Pantothenic Acid and Riboflavin (USDA, 2015).
